If you have not yet received a fulfillment email from us, it is likely your package has not shipped.
If you have received a fulfillment email and the tracking information but you have not received it, here are the most likely causes:
· The expected shipment time (domestic shipping is 2-5 days; international shipping 7-14 days) has not elapsed. Virtually all deliveries occur within these shipping windows.
· For International US First Class mail shipments: your package is likely in your local post office being processed through customs. Call your post office and provide them with the label number provided with your shipment confirmation. This can help confirm and clarify delivery timing. A package shipped internationally is not considered missing until after 40 days. If 40 days have passed, please contact us so we can begin an inquiry.
Be advised, if your package is shipped via our Free 1st Class mail (domestic) it is NOT insured. If you would like to have your package insured, you would need to pay for priority shipping.
NOTE: Please open and inspect your package for damage upon delivery. If there are any issues with damaged items, let us know as soon as possible. If you are overseas it is likely the package was insured and we need to file a claim immediately, this must be done within 15 days of delivery. We need pictures of the damaged box and damaged items in order to file a claim. After 15 days we cannot file a claim. Items damaged in shipping cannot be replaced after 15 days.
