EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires. You can submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account at https://shopify.com/73150726466/account.

Once you submit your withdrawal request, you must return the items within 14 days. We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and will include the standard outbound shipping cost. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

All EU returns for non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee is disclosed here in advance as required by EU law.

Exemptions: Custom Backbox Mods are custom-made to order and are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Returns & Exchanges (All Customers)

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your mod, you can return it for a refund (less any shipping charges and PayPal/CC fees we incur) or exchange within 30 days, but we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.

All returns within 30 days for non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You must email us prior to returning any items.

We do not accept returns after 30 days.

We offer a lifetime guarantee on all non-motorized mods. This lifetime guarantee is simple: if your mod fails to perform, at our discretion, we will either repair or replace it, free of charge, for as long as you own your game — you just pay the return shipping charge. This guarantee applies to the original owner only. Motorized mods have a 30-day guarantee.

There are no returns or exchanges on Custom Backbox Mods. These are custom made.
